The following product imprinting, proofing and production processes may be subject to additional charges: additional colors and additional color run charges, artwork touch-up and reworking, bleeds and color trapping, cancellation charges, close registration and separations, consecutive numbering, curved text copy, dies and die cuts, embroidery, freight from the factory, halftone imprints, imprint location changes, less than minimum quantities, paper proof and changes to paper proof, plate charges, plate wash charges and plate changes, PMS color matching, product proof, re-order setup charges, run charges, rush service, samples and pre-production samples and UPS for samples, screen charges, second side imprint, split shipments.

This is not a complete list; there are many other possible processes for which charges would apply. Overruns are an unavoidable part of producing most promotional products. Any and all such charges stated above and any potential overruns will be detailed to you in writing, and upon your approval production will begin.
