Simba Plus™ 30” x 60” Beach Towel. Woven with 4-color process bottom border and optional personalized border.

• Price includes: For Simba (#1000-43), the body of the towel is woven in either black/white, navy/white or red/white. The 2" top border may be personalized with either an individual name or message in up to 4 colors.

The 4" bottom border may be woven with a logo or message in up to 4 colors. For Simba Plus™ (#1000-044), includes all of the above, except bottom border features a 4-3/4" x 28" four-color process image. All Simba™ and Simba Plus™ orders will ship in multiples of three.
• Set-up charge: Includes free virtual paper proof.
• Fonts: For top and bottom borders: Call Customer Service to have available fonts for top and bottom border faxed or emailed to you.
• Personalization: All names must be provided in Excel spreadsheet (.csv) format, one name per line/cell, plain text, with no numbers, parentheses, or quotation marks or any other information not being woven onto the towel. Names on beach towels may not be longer than 30 characters, including spaces. If drop-shipping is required for recipients, be sure to include columns with correct shipping address on a separate worksheet. Please proofread all names closely; Blueberry Brands, LLC, will not be held responsible for any misspelled names, nor expected to make replacements. Under no circumstances can names be changed or added after virtual proof approval or sample approval (if required).
• Artwork tip: For best results in the woven body of the towel, avoid lines that are less than 1/4" thick, letters that are less than 1/4" thick and 1-1/4" tall, shadows behind letters, and excessive detail in photos or fonts. Photographic images of faces on beach towels should be at least 9" wide. Acceptable formats are gif, tiff, jpeg, bmp. Files should be (maximum) 240 kb. For best results, 300 dpi recommended, with a minimum of 150 dpi.

The following product imprinting, proofing and production processes may be subject to additional charges: additional colors and additional color run charges, artwork touch-up and reworking, bleeds and color trapping, cancellation charges, close registration and separations, consecutive numbering, curved text copy, dies and die cuts, embroidery, freight from the factory, halftone imprints, imprint location changes, less than minimum quantities, paper proof and changes to paper proof, plate charges, plate wash charges and plate changes, PMS color matching, product proof, re-order setup charges, run charges, rush service, samples and pre-production samples and UPS for samples, screen charges, second side imprint, split shipments.

This is not a complete list. There are many other possible processes for which charges would apply. Overruns are an unavoidable part of producing most promotional products. Any and all such charges stated above and any potential overruns will be detailed to you in writing, and upon your approval production will begin.
